Return policy

Slightkeys:

RETURN POLICY , return your order within 30 days, with the user manual and tags still attached, and we will refund 100% of your purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all Slightkeys returns within Canada at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE CANADA): Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to taxes and duties paid by the customer, and we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders at this time.

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter your email address and order number below to generate your prepaid return label. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

IN-SHOP EXCHANGES AND CREDITS: Once your return label and package are scanned by UPS, your new order will be automatically placed. You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail for the new item(s), or an exchange code to make your new purchase if store credit has been requested.

THE PACKAGE

RETURN POLICY: We have a 45-day return policy on orders. All returns must include the attached labels. If you wish to make a return, go to our returns portal, fill in your e-mail address and order number, and we'll send you a return label.

To cover our return and restocking costs, we will deduct $5 from your purchase order. Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you return your Pack without the original labels, we cannot accept your return for quality assurance reasons.


SPECIAL OFFERS

From time to time, Slightkeys will offer special promotions to its customers. These may include gift with purchase, buy one get one free offers, free shipping, manufacturer's offers or other promotional activity associated with the purchase of a product. These offers may be for a limited time only. Offers cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the designated promotional period. Discount codes do not apply to bundled offers and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If the customer purchases items in a bundle and wishes to return part of the order, the price difference will be deducted from the customer's return refund. If the customer uses an offer for a free gift with the purchase, and then wishes to return part or all of the order, the customer must include the free item in the return. For orders that include a free gift where the gift was not included in the original purchase amount, if the customer does not include the free item in the return, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the return refund.

Warranty

All our products come with a 30-day warranty. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by the user.
